JModder - A Handy Application That Modifies Weapons and Vehicles in GTA III
JModder is a handy application that allows you to modify the stats of your weapons and vehicles in the game, to give your vehicles an edge over other players. The mod is designed to be a single file mod.
The mod allows you to modify anything you want: damage, rate of fire, etc. So if you don't like how a certain weapon or vehicle works, you can change it and then start the game, and it will automatically be restored to the original stats.
Of course, you don't have to install any additional applications to make changes in the game.
